- Support New Product Introduction (NPI), production planning, and capacity improvement.
- Ensure compliance with engineering drawings, customer specifications, and quality standards.
3. Continuous Improvement
- Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, reduce cycle time, scrap, and manufacturing costs.
- Monitor production KPIs and implement corrective actions to enhance operational performance.
4. Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, coach, and develop engineers, CNC programmers, supervisors, and production personnel.
- Build a high-performance team with strong technical competency and a continuous improvement mindset.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with Quality, Planning, Supply Chain, and other departments to ensure smooth production execution, customer satisfaction, and on-time delivery.
