Engineering Manager / Construction Manager

A construction company established since 1985, with office located in Quezon City, engaging in DESIGN & BUILD services specializing in Pre-cast Industrial & Warehouse projects with fabrication plant located in Bulacan.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager / Construction Manager to lead our engineering team and provide technical and project management oversight across multiple construction projects. The role will supervise office and site engineers, support project planning and execution, mentor junior engineers, and provide recommendations to management on technical and operational matters.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering & Management
• Licensed Civil Engineer with minimum 5 years of experience in construction and project management.
• Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong background in project planning, execution, and quality control.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel for site visits and project audits.
• Preferably with experience under a General Contractor (Civil & Structural Works)
• Having contacts to construction manpower resources is a plus

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and mentor Project Engineers, Office Engineers, and Site Engineers.
• Oversee multiple projects from planning through completion.
• Monitor project progress, quality, schedules, and resource requirements.
• Review plans, methodologies, technical reports, and construction issues.
• Identify project risks and recommend solutions to management.
• Conduct periodic site inspections and quality audits.
• Develop engineering standards, procedures, and reporting systems.
• Recommend process improvements and best practices across the organisation.
• Support recruitment, training, and development of engineering staff.
• Travel to project sites nationwide, including Visayas and Mindanao, as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
