Engineering Manager (C#/React/Azure)

Engineering Manager | Remote, U.S.

We’re partnering with an established software company seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team building SaaS, e-commerce, and consumer-facing applications. This role combines people leadership, technical direction, and hands-on development when needed.

You’ll partner closely with product and business teams, develop engineering talent, and help expand the use of AI tools and automation throughout the development process.

What you’ll do

• Lead and develop a team of engineers through coaching and performance management.
• Partner with product managers to set priorities, plan initiatives, and deliver new features.
• Guide architecture and development using C#, Azure, React, and SQL Server,
• Build scalable, reliable systems and improve engineering processes and standards.
• Stay close to technical execution, contributing code and removing blockers as needed.
• Communicate with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and align delivery with business needs.

What we’re looking for

• Extensive software engineering experience, ideally 10+ years, including 2+ years of technical leadership and people management.
• Strong knowledge of C#, Azure, React, and SQL Server.
• Experience delivering SaaS platforms, e-commerce products, or consumer-facing web applications and APIs.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud architecture.
• Ability to develop engineers while guiding technical decisions and project delivery.
• Interest in applying AI development tools to improve engineering productivity.
