Engineering Manager (Digital Banking)

🚀 WE'RE HIRING | ENGINEERING MANAGER (DIGITAL BANKING)

📍 Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

I'm currently supporting the search for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the development of a new digital banking platform from scratch.

This is an exciting opportunity to build and lead international engineering teams across Vietnam, Japan, and India , while driving technical strategy, system architecture, and engineering excellence.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end development of a digital banking platform.
• Build and manage cross-country engineering teams.
• Oversee system architecture, technical decisions, and code quality.
• Drive Agile/Scrum processes and project delivery.
• Ensure system scalability, security, and operational reliability.

🔹 What We're Looking For:

• 10+ years of software development experience, including 5+ years in engineering/project management.
• Proven experience leading engineering teams of 30+ members .
• Strong backend development background ( Java or similar ).
• Hands-on knowledge of Microservices, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), React/Node.js .
• Experience with authentication technologies ( OAuth 2.0, OIDC ).
• Strong Agile/Scrum experience and excellent English communication skills.
• Banking, Fintech, or Core Banking experience is a strong advantage.
