Engineering manager/ engineering project co-ordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Project Monitoring: Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables to ensure they stay on schedule and within budget.
• Resource management: Efficiently deploy and monitor resources to meet time lines.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, contracts, and progress reports.
• Communication Bridge: Act as the primary point of contact between engineering teams, stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Meeting Coordination: Organize, schedule, and document meetings, including recording actionable minutes.
• Resource Scheduling: Assist in managing resources to ensure team members have the tools needed to complete tasks.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify potential bottlenecks and proactively flag risks to project managers.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering,
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in engineering project coordination, preferably in an engineering or technical environment.
• Software Proficiency: Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, and Microsoft Office Suite and auto CAD skill.
• Technical Familiarity: Understanding of engineering principles, IS codes, CAD, or technical drawings.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Project coordination: 5 years (Required)
• Engineering Project management: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• AutoCAD Certification (Preferred)
