Engineering Manager (Full-Stack)

• As Engineering Manager, you will lead our multidisciplinary Platform team (Frontend, Backend, and DevOps) in Garden Grove, CA
• You will drive the development of critical initiatives, including the Fleet dashboard, payment integration systems, and vehicle configuration tools, while acting as a strategic bridge between firmware and software engineering
• In this role, you will resolve cross-functional conflicts, manage prioritization, and foster a culture of technical excellence and delivery. Automotive not required
• Lead and grow the Platform team across Frontend, Backend, and DevOps
• Manage high-impact web and app products, including our Fleet management dashboard SaaS product, OTA and release management platform, vehicle configuration management, and Harbinger phone app
• Lead on architecture, technology, and hiring roadmap for the platform team
• Build complex visual dashboards
• Provide guidance and mentorship on architectural and technical decision making, in setting up the products for scalability and alignment with the product roadmap
• Foster a collaborative team culture focused on end-to-end delivery and technical excellence
• Manage internal technical teams and external design teams towards delivery targets

• Proven track record of cross-functional leadership and end-to-end delivery
• Domain agility: Automotive experience is not a requirement; we value the ability to transfer expertise from other domains (e.g., mapping, IoT, consumer applications)
• Experience with telemetry, real-time data visualization, and geospatial dashboards
• Background in vehicle or asset tracking systems
• Familiarity with workflow management tools such as Jira, Git
• Experience with IoT, telemetry, and real-time distributed systems
