Engineering Manager - .Net

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and mentor multiple engineering teams, driving the successful delivery of scalable, high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, Angular, PostgreSQL, Cloud Technologies (AWS/Azure/OCI), DevOps, and Agile methodologies , with a proven ability to improve engineering performance, delivery predictability, and team productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering teams to deliver software projects on time and to high-quality standards.
• Drive engineering excellence through Agile practices, automation, AI-enabled tools, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership on scalable cloud-based solutions, architecture, and software development best practices.
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines, DevOps processes, monitoring, and deployment strategies.
• Mentor engineering leads and team members, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of software engineering experience, including leadership and people management responsibilities.
• Strong technical background in C#, .NET Core, Angular, PostgreSQL, APIs, and Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/OCI) .
• Hands-on experience with DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and Agile delivery frameworks .
• Knowledge of AI-driven development tools, engineering analytics, and modern software engineering practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing distributed or remote engineering teams.
• Exposure to digital transformation, cloud modernization, and AI-assisted engineering initiatives.
• Strong understanding of software governance, security, compliance, and engineering best practices.
