Engineering Manager or Lead

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of engineers in the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems for power generation projects.
• Experience in design of Main Switchboard, Emergency Switchboard, Power Distribution Boards and Energy Distribution Boards
• Preparation of acceptance test procedures, Quality assurance plan
• Product compliance testing for Environmental and EMI/EMC as per MIL std
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize delays or cost overruns.
• Ensure compliance with Indian  standards by implementing quality control processes throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Requirements :

• 10-16 years of experience in Electrical Design Engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Control Panel Design, LV Switchboard, Power System, Project Management principles.
• Proven track record as an Engineering Manager or similar role leading complex engineering projects.
