Engineering Manager SaaS Onboarding and Reliability

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Lead 1 2 teams of SREs responsible for Azure-based infrastructure and client platform operations
• Partner with Product Owners and other stakeholders to align SRE capabilities with product outcomes
• Act as a people manager, responsible for hiring, performance development, 1:1s, and career growth
• Guide teams through both short-term delivery cycles (sprints) and long-term infrastructure evolution
• Foster a healthy, inclusive, and productive engineering culture
• Support your teams in resolving technical challenges, collaborating on system design and automation
• Promote security best practices, reliability goals (SLOs/SLIs), and cross-team consistency
• Partner with other engineering managers and tech leads to define and deliver shared platform capabilities
• Champion operational excellence by setting and tracking relevant SRE metrics and KPIs
• Serve as a servant leader, enabling your team s success and coaching for growth

WHAT WE VALUE

• You are fluent in core SRE practices (monitoring, automation, CI/CD, incident response, IaC)
• You have experience working in or managing teams using Microsoft Azure
