Engineering Manager [SL]

Lead and manage all engineering, technical and design coordination activities for construction projects.

Review construction drawings, specifications, method statements (MOS) and technical submissions to ensure compliance and constructability.

Coordinate Civil, Structural, Architectural and MEP works with clients, consultants, subcontractors and site teams.

Manage RFIs, technical clarifications, design changes, shop drawings and material approvals.

Lead engineering meetings and use BIM tools to identify design clashes and minimise rework.

Support construction planning, procurement evaluations, quality inspections and statutory compliance.

Identify and manage technical risks, changes and potential impacts on project cost and schedule.

Guide and mentor engineering staff, allocate responsibilities and provide regular updates to senior management.

Support as-built documentation, project handover and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or a related discipline.

12–15 years of relevant construction experience, including at least 5 years in a senior engineering or managerial role.

Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams on large-scale construction projects.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, design coordination, BIM and local regulatory requirements.
