Primary Objective Of The Position

• The Engineering Manager is tasked to manage the Maintenance Department to ensure that all hotel structures/systems, furbishing and equipment are optimally functional and aesthetically pleasing.

Requirements

• University degree holder (preferably Mechanical or Electrical Engineering)
• Licensed Engineer
• 3 to 5 years of solid Hotel experience
• In-depth working knowledge of all aspects of building systems and operations, contractual maintenance, construction and related services, laws and building codes pertaining to building operations and safety.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Good organizational and multi-tasking skills.
