Engineering Manager / Technical Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Manager / Technical Lead with over 10 years of experience in leading high-performing engineering teams and delivering robust, scalable technology solutions. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, strong leadership qualities, and is open to onsite engagement for a minimum of 6 months (location to be disclosed later).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee architecture, design, and development of complex systems and enterprise-grade applications.
• Provide technical leadership across all stages of the software development lifecycle.
• Mentor, guide, and grow engineering teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business goals into technical strategies.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance protocols.
• Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes, performance, and reliability.
• Identify technical risks and drive resolution with scalable and efficient solutions.
• Stay onsite for a minimum of 6 months for client engagement, team coordination, and project oversight.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor s/Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of strong development experience with at least 3+ years in engineering leadership.
• Expertise in modern development stacks and programming languages (Java, .NET, Python, Node.js, etc.).
• Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalability principles.
• Strong experience in managing Agile teams and using project tracking tools (JIRA, Trello, etc.).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proven stakeholder management.
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and team-building capabilities.Willingness and flexibility to relocate onsite for project duration.
