What they need
- Melakukan inspeksi rutin dan pencegahan (preventive maintenance) pada semua mesin, peralatan, dan fasilitas.
- Mendiagnosis dan memperbaiki kerusakan teknis pada peralatan produksi, utilitas, atau infrastruktur secara cepat dan efektif (corrective maintenance).
- Memastikan semua catatan pemeliharaan dan perbaikan didokumentasikan dengan akurat.
- Membantu dalam perancangan teknis untuk modifikasi peralatan atau instalasi sistem baru.
- Mengawasi pelaksanaan proyek teknik di lapangan untuk memastikan kualitas dan kepatuhan terhadap jadwal.
- Menganalisis kinerja peralatan dan proses operasional untuk mengidentifikasi area inefisiensi atau pemborosan energi.
- Mengembangkan dan memelihara SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) untuk pengoperasian dan pemeliharaan peralatan.
