About the role

The NEXTGEN Graduate Development Program is a 24-month structured accelerated development program designed for exceptional graduates ready to shape the future of Malaysian manufacturing. You'll be immersed in one of Malaysia's most diversified and established manufacturing ecosystems, gaining exposure to industries that drive economic progress and technological innovation. From day one, you'll take ownership of meaningful work, solve real business challenges, and contribute to projects that create measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Build capabilities, leadership mindset, and cross-functional experience through three strategic stations across diverse business functions (one every eight months)
• Work on real projects that deliver tangible business value through on-the-job learning
• Solve complex business challenges while driving innovation and measurable outcomes through strategic project assignments
• Broaden business perspective through functional rotations across diverse operational experiences
• Strengthen technical, business, and leadership capabilities through structured learning and competency development

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with a CGPA of 3.50 and above
• Strategic, analytical thinkers who are motivated to learn and adapt
• Team players with agility and resilience
• Genuine passion for the manufacturing industry
• Willingness to be based at, or relocate to, any of the company's locations across Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Sungai Buloh, Perak, or Kluang)
