Engineering- Process Designer (Fixture, SPM Development and trial)

Roles and responsibilities

• To follow up with purchase for fixture, leak test and other SPM readiness
• To conduct trials at supplier for fixture, leak test and other SPM
• To do fixture inspection as per check sheet
• To align installation and commissioning of leak test and other SPM m/c and its correction if any
• To maintain the record of trials and final drawings for fixture, leak test and other SPM m/c
• To handover, fixture, leak test and other SPM m/c
• Maintain the data confidentiality, integrity and ensure the availability of information on time
• Protection of desktop, hard copy of information and other associated assets
• Practice and follow energy conservation as per EnMS SOPs
• EnMS improvement by generating kaizen ideas

Accountability of the role:

• On time development as per schedule/customer milestones
• On time delivery of first samples
• On time tool validation and PPAP
• On time readiness for SOP
• On time fixture development
• Fixture inspection and its correction
• SPM and leak testing machine inspection and its correction
• ECN review- within 10 working days

Qualification

• Diploma or B.Tech in any field
• 6 8 Yrs of experience in Engineering
• Should have knowledge of cutting tool development
• Knowledge of fixture development
• Knowledge of drawing and 3D model
• Knowledge of Leak testing machine
• Knowledge of ERP
