Engineering Procurement Agent

JOB TITLE: ENGINEERING PROCUREMENT AGENT

SALARY: CI$75,000 - CI$100,000 pa

WORKING HOURS: 40 HOURS PER WEEK

We are seeking an Engineering Procurement Agent to join our Engineering team. The successful candidate will support procurement, vendor management, and administrative operations by ensuring materials, equipment, and services are sourced efficiently to support safe and effective engineering operations.

DO YOU HAVE:

An associate degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Facilities Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

3 to 5 years of purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience within the Caribbean

Experience supporting engineering, facilities, hospitality, commercial real estate, healthcare, or industrial operations

Knowledge of maintenance materials, building systems, MRO supplies, and contractor procurement processes

Working knowledge of D365 or similar ERP/CMMS platforms, including procurement, inventory, work orders, and reporting

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, organizational skills, multitasking ability, and attention to detail

Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management capabilities, and safety awareness within office and trade environments

WE WANT YOU TO:

Procure materials, equipment, tools, chemicals, supplies, and services in accordance with company policies and operational requirements

Obtain, evaluate, and negotiate vendor quotations, bids, contracts, pricing, delivery schedules, warranties, and service agreements

Prepare and process purchase orders while ensuring all authorization requirements and procurement controls are followed

Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams to forecast material requirements for preventive maintenance and capital projects

Monitor supplier performance, resolve quality, pricing, delivery, and service issues, and maintain strong vendor relationships

Maintain accurate procurement records, vendor information, pricing agreements, and auditable purchasing documentation

Support reporting, inventory monitoring, cost reconciliations, invoice matching, and capital project procurement activities
