Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Experience in manufacturing, quality, engineering, operations, project management, or technical services environments.
• Support manufacturing operations, process improvements, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional projects focused on quality, efficiency, compliance, and productivity improvements.
• Analyze technical data, identify opportunities, and implement effective solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Support product transfers, process validations, NPI activities, and manufacturing scale-up projects.
• Develop, review, and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and engineering records.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, operations, and business teams to achieve project objectives.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience in regulated industries such as Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Device, Chemical, or Consumer Products is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP, FDA, ISO, CAPA, Change Control, Risk Management, Validation, or related compliance requirements is considered a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
