Engineering Program and Client Services Manager

Role Description The Engineering Program and Client Services Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Phoenix, AZ, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role oversees engineering program execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client requirements and corporate quality standards. The manager coordinates cross-functional engineering teams, tracks milestones, manages risks, and provides clear status updates to internal stakeholders and clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading client communications, resolving issues, monitoring customer satisfaction, and aligning program deliverables with contractual and business objectives. The role also involves developing process improvements, supporting business development activities, and representing RTC’s mission and values in every client interaction.

Qualifications

• Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure high-quality client experiences and outcomes.
• Experience in Client Services and account management, including relationship-building and ongoing client support.
• Excellent Analytical Skills for evaluating program performance, identifying risks, and driving data-informed decisions.
• Clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, for coordinating teams and engaging with clients.
• Demonstrated experience managing engineering programs or projects, preferably in embedded systems or software solutions.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Familiarity with program management tools, methodologies, and reporting practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field; an advanced degree or PMP certification is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting in Phoenix, AZ, with occasional travel to client sites as needed.
