Engineering Program Manager

Our client is seeking a Engineering Program Manager to lead cross-functional engineering programs within a manufacturing environment. This role will be responsible for managing program execution from concept through production, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead engineering and manufacturing programs from planning through implementation and production.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and key deliverables.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and operational performance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for program updates, stakeholder communication, and issue resolution.

Qualifications:

• Experience managing engineering programs in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, product development, and production launches.
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and KPI reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field preferred.
