You should be comfortable taking ownership of assigned tasks, following projects through to completion, and working across multiple technical teams.

Responsibilities include:

  • Support product development projects from initial development through verification, validation, design transfer, regulatory approval, and commercialization.
  • Assist with the preparation, organization, review, and maintenance of technical and engineering documentation.
  • Support design control activities, including product requirements, specifications, design inputs and outputs, verification and validation documentation, and design changes.
  • Coordinate product testing with internal teams, suppliers, and external testing laboratories.
  • Assist in developing test plans, protocols, reports, and supporting documentation.
  • Collect, organize, review, and summarize test data and technical results.
  • Track project deliverables, testing requirements, documentation, approvals, deadlines, and outstanding actions.
  • Support regulatory and compliance activities, including gathering technical information and documentation required for submissions and product files.
  • Assist with identifying and interpreting applicable product standards, testing requirements, and compliance requirements.
  • Work with Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, R&D, and Manufacturing teams to ensure required documentation and project activities are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Support design transfer activities as products move from development into manufacturing.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and external partners to obtain technical documentation, specifications, certifications, test results, and other required information.
  • Maintain organized and accurate project records and documentation.
  • Identify missing information, documentation gaps, outstanding testing, or other issues that may affect project timelines and proactively follow up with the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Participate in project meetings and maintain clear records of decisions, action items, responsibilities, and deadlines.
  • Support additional engineering, product development, compliance, and project coordination activities as required.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a recognized institution is required.
  • Recent graduates and early-career engineers are encouraged to apply.
