Engineering Project Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead renovation, fit-out, and building improvement projects from planning to completion.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, materials, and manpower.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Visit project sites to check work progress, quality, and safety.
• Ensure projects meet building requirements and company standards.
• Review project reports, resolve issues, and oversee final inspections and turnover.

Qualifications

• Licensed Mechanical Engineer or Electrical Engineer.
• Experience in construction, renovation, fit-out, or facilities projects.
• Knowledge of building systems, construction practices, and safety standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD.
• Project management certification is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
