该职位来源于猎聘 Job Responsibilities: Product design and validation: 1, Work according to SHE requirements. 2, Can be involved in upstream phases of the project (expertise phase, acquisition phase). 3, Analyze Customer Needs and Draw-up Specifications. 4, Define the concepts of the product design to meet customers specifications and GD&T and ensure that the design for manufacturing (assembly, paint & packaging) are fulfilled. 5, Is the main technical contact with the customer during the design & tuning phases. 6, Manage and perform risk analysis (DFMEA + Design reviews 7, Manage Specifications, manufacturing and validation of the means (injection tools, checking fixtures, test jigs, End Of Arm Tooling) 8, Manage Product validation (functional, geometry and cosmetic quality) 9, Manage Product tuning (mold tuning, checking fixture tuning) Participate to capitalization and to productivity actions 10, At the end of the project, participate to the closure of project and gives feedback regarding best practices and difficulties Project Management: 1, Define initial Statement of Work of product engineering perimeter including extended team, regarding project perimeter, development budget (hours) and Optimap Work Packages 2, Define and set up the engineering project planning 3, Manage the engineering project reviews, consolidates actions and provides reporting and action plans 4, Participate to QUAD (product & process feasibility milestones) reviews. 5, Track perimeter changes and reports to the PM 6, He proposes adjustments and modifications linked to perimeter evolution during project lifetime Budget management: 1, Ensure product PRU commitment for the design relevant criteria 2, Allocate budget to his extended team. 3, Ensure the follow up of project budget and escalade in case of deviation 4, Determine internal and external perimeter versus SOW 5, Contribute to investment optimization through part design Job requirements: 1, Bachelor's degree with experience or master/s degree 2, Experience in design or development of plastic parts for automotive industry.
