Key responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety standards, and statutory requirements
- Lead teams to manage and supervise E&M Air-conditioning and Ventilation (ACMV) projects end-to-end
- Oversee project completion, conducting inspections, and coordinating with internal teams and subcontractors to maintain high standards of quality, safety, financial control, and team development
About you
- A recognized degree in Building Services / Mechanical / Electrical / Air-conditioning Engineering
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant supervisory experience in engineering services contract management
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
