Infinitek is recruiting on behalf of a leading industrial manufacturer for an experienced Engineering Project Manager to join its team in Cherokee, AL.

This is a senior opportunity for an engineering professional who can lead complex projects from initial concept through execution, while managing technical teams, budgets, schedules and project deliverables.

The Role of Engineering Project Manager

• Lead complex engineering projects from concept through completion.
• Develop project execution plans, schedules, budgets and resource requirements.
• Provide technical leadership across multiple engineering disciplines.
• Coordinate design activities, design reviews and technical deliverables.
• Manage engineering resources and support project teams to meet deadlines.
• Oversee project costs, forecasting, change control and continuous improvement.
• Ensure projects meet required technical, quality and HSE standards.
• Work closely with operations, manufacturing, quality and commercial teams.
• Support technical customer requirements and provide engineering input to business development.
• Identify project risks and develop practical solutions to keep projects on track.
• Lead and develop engineering personnel, including coaching, performance management and team development.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 7+ years of engineering experience within a complex industrial or manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years of engineering project leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience across multiple engineering disciplines.
• Strong understanding of engineering and manufacturing processes, industry standards and specifications.
• Proven experience managing project budgets, schedules and resources.
• Strong technical problem-solving and project management skills.
• Ability to lead engineering teams and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with CAD, engineering design tools and modern manufacturing technologies is beneficial.
• Advanced technical education or professional development is a plus.
