Engineering Project Manager

Job Title : Project Coordinator - Engineering

Duration : 6 months contract

Location : Hillsboro, OR (2 days a week onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize, attend, and facilitate meetings that include key stakeholders, which may be global.
• Create and maintain schedules using a Gantt program (Wrike) with the appropriate dates, resources, and updates following guidelines.
• Prepare meeting minutes, assign and track action items.
• Help support communication such as status reports, project trackers, KPIs, and other materials as needed or assigned.
• Track projects and timelines to ensure that all deliverables will meet design starts.
• Prepare and close tracked project phase following specific project management plan.
• Maintain clear communication with the Project Coordinator Lead and Stakeholders throughout the duration of the Project Phase.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Project Management, or a related field; and 2+ years of experience managing or assisting projects, or project phases.
• Experience creating or maintaining project schedules.
• Proven experience organizing complex work.
• Experience working with cross functional teams.
• Possess a basic understanding of construction record drawings.
• Strong Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint skills.
• Experience using BIM a plus but not required.
• Experience using Wrike or a Gantt chart program helpful but not required.
