Engineering Quality & Process Performance Specialist

TXT e-Tech , part of the TXT Group , is looking for an Engineering Quality & Process Performance Specialist to measure and improve the quality of Engineering processes through KPIs, dashboards, and data analysis, working closely with Process Owners.

Main responsibilities:

• Definition and implementation of KPIs to measure the quality of Engineering processes and sub-processes;
• Creation of automated Excel templates for bulk data upload into the SPIDER system;
• Development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards to monitor process performance;
• Periodic KPI analysis and support to Process Owners in defining corrective and preventive actions;
• Analysis of internal and external audit results and Lessons Learned, with monitoring of the improvement plan;
• Preparation of periodic Work Package reports.

Required technical skills:

• At least two years of previous experience in a similar role;
• Knowledge of EN9100 and quality standards within the aerospace industry;
• Experience in KPI definition and monitoring;
• Strong knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (PDCA) and Root Cause Analysis techniques (e.g., 5 Whys, Ishikawa, 8D);
• Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query; VBA macros are highly appreciated for bulk data upload activities);
• English proficiency at B2 level.

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, automated reporting);
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification;
• EN9100 or ISO 9001 Internal Auditor qualification;
• Experience in data loading into corporate systems (PLM, ERP, or Quality Management systems).

Education: Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Management Engineering.

• The contract offered for this position is a permanent one, and the salary range for this position is between EUR 34.000 € and EUR 38.000 € gross per year.
