Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter with 2–4 years of proven success in staffing and recruitment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with direct clients, sourcing high-quality professionals, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and building strong candidate relationships. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and internal databases.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills, communication, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Negotiate compensation, employment terms, and onboarding details with candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified professionals for current and future requirements.
• Work closely with account managers and hiring managers to understand client requirements and hiring priorities.
• Ensure timely submission of qualified candidates while meeting recruitment metrics and SLAs.
• Maintain candidate information and recruitment activities in ATS and CRM systems.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with candidates and clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of agency side experience needed.
• Preferred experience in clearance roles.
• Prior experience recruiting for Aerospace and Defense requirements is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed.
• Experience working with direct clients and handling priority requirements.
• Strong understanding of various work authorization types (US Citizen, Green Card, H-1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, TN, etc.).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in ATS and Microsoft Office tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with direct clients and MSP/VMS requirements.
• Proven track record of successful placements in IT positions.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience in a metrics-driven recruiting environment.
