About the role

The Sales Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting virtual sales presentations, preparing quotations, and following up to close sales. The role involves managing customer accounts, responding to inquiries, and providing product information and support.

About you

• Strong communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening
• Basic technical skills for mechanical, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and relationship building
• Solid sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing techniques
• Training and sales management skills, such as coaching team members, supporting sales initiatives, and helping implement sales processes
• Prior experience in sales or account management, preferably in an industrial or B2B environment
• Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Comfort with digital tools (ERP systems, online meeting platforms, and productivity software) and basic data analysis
• A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if supported by relevant experience
