Engineering Senior Manager

Responsibilities :

1. Operations & Maintenance

• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for all equipment, facilities, and systems
• Ensure optimal uptime, efficiency, and safety of all engineering operations
• Manage utilities, infrastructure, and technical services

2. Project Management

• Lead capital projects, renovations, expansions, and new site development
• Manage project budgets, timelines, vendors, and contractors
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards

3. Budgeting & Cost Control

• Prepare and manage annual engineering budgets
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements
• Control CAPEX and OPEX related to engineering activities

4. Compliance & Safety

• Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and safety standards
• Implement risk management, HSE (Health, Safety & Environment), and audit processes
• Maintain certifications and technical documentation

5. Continuous Improvement & Innovation

• Drive process optimization and operational excellence initiatives
• Introduce new technologies, systems, and automation where relevant
• Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving for technical issues

6. Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Procurement, HR, and external stakeholders
• Act as technical advisor to senior management and business leaders

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

• Minimum 10–15 years of engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role

• Strong knowledge of engineering systems, facilities management, and asset maintenance

• Proven experience in project management and budget control

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Strategic thinking and business acumen

• High level of integrity, accountability, and decision-making capability

• Ability to work under pressure and manage complex operations

• Good communication in English
