Kualifikasi:
Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Mesin / Elektro / Mekatronika / Otomasi Industri.
Pengalaman kerja minimal 10 tahun di bidang maintenance industri manufaktur.
Memiliki pemahaman kuat terhadap TPM, OEE, dan manajemen spare part.
Pengalaman menggunakan sistem CMMS, ERP Maintenance, dan/atau IoT Machine Monitoring.
Mampu membaca dan menginterpretasikan data mesin secara digital (PLC, sensor, SCADA).
Keterampilan analisis data yang kuat (Excel, Power BI, atau tools analitik lainnya).
Memiliki kepemimpinan yang baik dan kemampuan koordinasi lintas fungsi.

Koordinasi Program Maintenance All Plant
Manajemen dan Monitoring Spare Part
Analisa Downtime Mesin
Pengembangan Proyek TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)
Analisa Performa Mesin Berdasarkan OEE
Analisa Data Maintenance & Mesin (termasuk IoT)
Manajemen dan pengembangan Tim Maintenance
