Mengetahui dan memahami sistem MEP keseluruhan
Dapat mengevaluasi dan menghitung kebutuhan material instalasi
Mengerti dan dapat membuat RAP / Cost Control
Memahami master schedule
Menguasai Ms. Excel dan fungsinya
Mahir dalam menggunakan program gambar Autocad, BIM, dll
Dapat bekerja sama dengan tim
Terbiasa bekerja dengan target yang ditentukan
Mudah beradaptasi
