Engineering Staff

Responsibilities:

• Perform duties according to hotel/villa policies, ensuring all engineering tasks are completed efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and repair major system failures and equipment malfunctions (AC, utilities, kitchen appliances).
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.
• Respond promptly to guest or staff requests for engineering assistance.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and equipment conditions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in engineering, facilities management, or a similar role.
• Proficient in handling plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of safety standards and technical manuals.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Physically fit and flexible to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
