Engineering Staff

Bali Management Villas is currently seeking an experienced and hands-on Engineering Staff to join our team and support the technical and maintenance operations of our villa properties in Uluwatu. This role will focus on keeping all villa systems and facilities in excellent working condition to ensure guest comfort, safety, and operational efficiency.

Basic Salary: IDR 4.500.000 per month (no service charge)

Placement: Uluwatu, Bali

About the Role
The Engineer will be responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance of our villa properties, including electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, pool, and general building systems. This role works closely with the operations and housekeeping teams to ensure every villa is always in top condition and ready for guests.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of villa facilities and equipment.

• Handle repairs and troubleshooting for electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, water pump, and other building systems.

• Maintain pool and garden equipment, including pumps, filters, and water treatment systems.

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and the operations team.

• Report damages, safety hazards, or major repair needs to the supervisor.

• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for maintenance and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical, Building, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as Engineer or Technician in hotels, villas, or hospitality industry.

• Good knowledge of electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, and general building maintenance.

• Able to troubleshoot problems quickly and work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

• Basic communication skills in English.

• Well-groomed with a positive attitude.

• Must be domiciled in Bali, preferably near Uluwatu.
