Engineering Staff

About the role

We are seeking an Engineering Staff to join PT SADHANA in our Pasuruan, East Java facility. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in supporting our engineering operations and contributing to the delivery of high-quality electrical and electronic engineering solutions. As an Engineering Staff member, you will be integral to ensuring the technical excellence and operational efficiency of our engineering projects, working alongside experienced engineers to drive innovation and maintain our commitment to quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support senior engineers in the design, development, and testing of electrical and electronic systems and components
• Assist in the preparation of technical documentation, drawings, specifications, and engineering reports
• Conduct technical inspections and quality checks on manufacturing processes and finished products
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical and electronic equipment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet technical requirements and deadlines
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies
• Support the testing and validation of new designs and prototypes
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of engineering activities and results
• Provide technical support to production and operations teams as required

What we're looking for

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
• Knowledge of electrical and electronic systems, circuits, and components
• Proficiency in technical drawing and CAD software (such as AutoCAD or similar tools)
• Familiarity with testing equipment and measurement instruments commonly used in electrical and electronic engineering
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills and the ability to document technical information clearly
• Understanding of safety procedures and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
• Preference for candidates with practical experience in electrical or electronic manufacturing or assembly
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards and quality assurance processes
