Job Requirements

• Graduate of any Engineering course or related technical field.
• 1–2 years of experience in document control, engineering support, or manufacturing administration
• Strong attention to detail, disciplined in following processes, excellent communication across departments, and consistent in follow-ups
• Awareness of confidentiality practices and commitment to data integrity
• Ability to track and monitor 4M changes, sample approvals, and mold transfers
• Skilled in maintaining and controlling engineering documents (e.g., drawings, work instructions, 4M documents, sampling data)
• Preferably based in Laguna (Biñan, Sta. Rosa, Calamba, Cabuyao, or Canlubang)
