ENGINEERING STAFF/ENCODER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accurately encode data into MS Excel and managing pricing related tasks.
• Coordinate with purchasing and supplier for materials cost
• Handle client concerns and inquiries via phone and email
• Ensure all documentation is filed properly physically or electronically
• Maintain confidentially and security of sensitive company data and records
• Monitor email regularly
• Participate /attending team meetings
• Support administrative tasks such as photocopying, printing and binding documents
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
• Assist various department as needed
• Can work under pressure and be able to meet deadlines

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any Bachelor's degree
• Computer literate with maximum skill in using MS Excel , MS Word and MS PowerPoint
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organization and communication skill
• Preferably with experience in encoding
• Willing to start immediately
