Engineering Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance operations, including electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and civil works.

2. Ensure the timely completion of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks for estate facilities and infrastructure.

3. Conduct routine inspections of buildings, utilities, and common areas to identify maintenance needs and implement solutions.

4. Monitor and manage maintenance schedules, work orders, and inventory of tools and spare parts.

5. Lead and train maintenance personnel to enhance technical skills and ensure compliance with safety protocols.

6. Coordinate with external contractors, vendors, and service providers for specialized repairs and maintenance projects.

7. Ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and workplace safety standards.

8. Assist in the preparation and execution of maintenance budgets and cost control measures.

9. Implement energy-efficient and sustainable maintenance practices to optimize operational efficiency.

10. Respond promptly to emergency maintenance issues and implement contingency plans as needed.
