Engineering Supervisor

Oversee engineering assignments for all product development and product support functions that are assigned to the team.

Essential Functions:

• Allocate tasks effectively considering team member’s skills and project requirements.
• Identify areas for improvement.
• Encourage team member growth and development.
• Facilitate communication within the team and with higher management, conveying project progress and challenges.
• Work with project manager to assure accurate and timely completion of projects.
• Resolve conflicts within the team and provide support to maintain a healthy work environment.
• Monitor and initiate improvement projects to current processes or policies.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 5–7 years related experience required; or experience in lieu of education.
