- Supervise and coordinate the activities of engineers, technicians, and maintenance personnel
- Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot operational issues
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and engineering standards
- Review technical reports, maintenance logs, and operational records
- Assist in the design, installation, and commissioning of engineering systems and projects
- Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance budgets
- Coordinate with production, operations, and other departments to minimize downtime
- Train, mentor, and evaluate engineering staff performance
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and reliability
- Conduct inspections and risk assessments for facilities and equipment
- Prepare reports on maintenance activities, system performance, and project status
