What they need
- Plan, organize, supervise, and monitor preventive, predictive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Ensure all maintenance activities are completed according to schedule.
- Minimize equipment downtime through effective maintenance planning.
- Monitor equipment reliability and continuously improve maintenance performance.
- Analyze equipment failures and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Job Requirement
- Bachelor degree in engineering and has experienced at least 3 years in engineering
- Skilled in Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), CAPA, HVAC Systems, Basic PLC Troubleshooting, GMP, and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Able to do measurement drawing, troubleshooting, overhauling and repairing
- Good documentation skills, strong communications, interpersonal, leadership and problem solving skills, excellent time management.
- Proficient in oral and written english
