Engineering Supervisor

1. Supervise daily engineering, maintenance, and utility operations to ensure smooth and uninterrupted production activities.
2. Plan, coordinate, and monitor preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs for all machinery, equipment, and facilities.
3. Oversee the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of PLC, SCADA, HVAC, and other critical utility systems.
4. Ensure optimal performance and reliability of production equipment, utilities, and plant infrastructure.
5. Lead equipment installation, modification, commissioning, and continuous improvement projects.
6. Develop and implement engineering strategies to improve machine efficiency, reduce downtime, and optimize operational costs.
7. Ensure all engineering activities comply with GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, and other applicable regulatory and food safety standards.
8. Monitor utility consumption (electricity, water, steam, compressed air, etc.) and implement energy-saving initiatives.
9. Coordinate with Production, Quality, and other departments to support operational excellence and continuous improvement.
10. Prepare engineering budgets, maintenance schedules, technical reports, and performance analyses.
11. Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability of critical components.
12. Lead, coach, and develop engineering technicians and maintenance team members.
13. Ensure workplace safety, environmental compliance, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
14. Support audits, inspections, and certification processes related to engineering, safety, and quality systems.

Job Requirement :

1. Bachelor degree in major Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering etc.
2. Skillful at PLC, SCADA system & HVAC System
3. Has good knowledge & experience of GMP, HACCP & FSSC 22000
4. At least 10 Years of working experience in the related field as Engineering Supervisor
5. Fluently English & Indonesian
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCad 2D 3D, solid work
7. Willing to work with shifts (3 Shifts, 4 Group)
8. Placement in Tangerang City
