Engineering Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate engineering team activities to meet operational targets.
2. Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards (K3).
3. Plan, monitor, and evaluate preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
4. Provide technical guidance and problem-solving support for production and facility issues.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, warehouse) to optimize processes.
6. Prepare reports and documentation related to engineering performance and compliance.
7. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
2. Mandatory K3 Certificate from Kemnaker or BNSP.
3. Proven experience (minimum 3–5 years) in engineering supervision or related role.
4. Strong knowledge of maintenance systems, safety regulations, and engineering standards.
5. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
7. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
8. Hands-on experience with production machines, utility machines, and wastewater treatment plants (WWTP).
9. Familiar with AutoCAD, system control, and PLC programming.
