Engineering Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of engineering staff and technicians
• Ensure proper operation and maintenance of all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and mechanical systems
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and resolve issues proactively
• Handling civil-related issue and maintenance
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs
• Respond to and manage emergency situations related to building systems
• Monitor and control maintenance budgets, expenses, and inventory of spare parts
• Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for specialized maintenance and repairs
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies
• Prepare reports on maintenance activities, system performance, and incidents
• Support building management in improving operational efficiency and tenant satisfaction
• Willing to be placed at Jakarta Area

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in building maintenance or facilities management, preferably in office buildings or commercial properties
• Strong knowledge of civil, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems
• Experience in supervising a team of technicians or engineers
• Good understanding of preventive maintenance systems and building management systems (BMS)
• Familiar with safety standards and regulatory requirements
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations
