We are looking for a proactive and experienced individual to lead our Engineering team. ⭐ What We’re Looking For:

• Diploma or Certificate in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, Building Maintenance, or a related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory experience in engineering, maintenance, or facilities management, preferably within hospitality or resort operations
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and preventive maintenance programs
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and supervise maintenance activities effectively
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when required
• Knowledge of workplace safety standards and regulatory compliance

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily engineering and maintenance operations across the resort
• Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of repair works
• Monitor the performance of building systems, equipment, and utilities
• Lead and support engineering associates in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports
• Coordinate with other departments and external contractors when necessary
