Engineering Supervisor

Role Overview The Engineering Supervisor leads a team of 2–5 engineers in the design, development, and integration of brake and clutch products.

They provide technical leadership, manage product content, and oversee VAVE initiatives to enhance quality and reduce costs.

The role involves collaborating with manufacturing, R&D, and customers to define project scope, prepare engineering drawings, and ensure compliance with safety and GD&T standards.

Utilizing CAD (preferably SolidWorks), FEA tools, and in-depth product knowledge, the supervisor drives product improvements and custom solutions.

They communicate verification results, work hands-on with product troubleshooting, and support the integration of products into the Business System.

Travel may be required for customer and facility visits.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in product/process development, including industrial products.
• Hands-on approach to product and process troubleshooting.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration and reporting.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, manuals, and regulations.
• Proficiency in CAD software, preferably SolidWorks, and FEA tools.
• Experience with manufacturing, high-reliability products, or industrial automation is a plus.
