Engineering Supervisor

ManpowerGroup Greece , on behalf of its client, a food production and trading company with a leading position in the Greek market and export activity, is looking for an Engineering Supervisor .

📌Location : Schimatari, Viotia

📍 Working Model: On Site (Morning shift, Monday to Friday)

🖋️Reporting to: Chief Engineering Manager

Your role

The Engineering Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating maintenance and engineering activities, ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of facilities and equipment, while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and operational performance.

What you will do:

• Plan and lead the daily activities of the maintenance team.
• Coordinate the installation, testing, operation, maintenance, and repair of facilities and equipment.
• Utilize preventive and predictive maintenance systems to reduce downtime and improve operational efficiency.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and operational requirements.
• Participate in production system upgrade projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support productivity improvements through engineering and maintenance best practices.

Requirements:

• University Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• 2-4 years of experience in an industrial environment, preferably within maintenance and/or engineering functions.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and TPM methodologies.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Excellent command of the English language.
