Engineering Supervisor

Every great stay depends on someone who keeps things working. As Engineering Supervisor, you will run the daily work that keeps guest rooms and public spaces comfortable and dependable, keep your technicians safe, and be the person guests and colleagues count on.

Job Summary

Run the daily engineering operation at your resort. Keep guest rooms, public areas, and building systems working so problems get fixed fast, safely, and right the first time.

What You'll Do

Including but not limited to:

• Direct technicians each shift and keep the work-order board moving
• Respond to guest requests quickly, and log every request until it is closed
• Carry out preventive maintenance and flag repeat failures for review
• Coach and develop technicians into the next generation of leaders
• Coordinate with vendors, Housekeeping, and Front Office to keep rooms ready

What You Bring

• 4+ years in hotel or commercial maintenance, including 1+ year supervising technicians
• Hands-on skill in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general repair
• Ability to read manuals, blueprints, and wiring diagrams
• Trade licenses or certifications where required
• Experience with Transcendent preventive maintenance software, preferred
• A service mindset: you fix it right the first time, close the loop, and stay calm under pressure
• Experience in upscale or full-service resort hospitality, including Hilton or Marriott, preferred
