What they need
Responsibilites:
- Supervise shift technicians and coordinate daily mechanical, electrical and maintenance activities.
- Lead breakdown troubleshooting and repairs for production equipment to minimize machine downtime.
- Execute preventive maintenance for blown film, printing, lamination, slitting and bag-making machinery.
- Monitor and manage critical engineering spare parts to ensure timely breakdown recovery.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or related Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of maintenance/troubleshooting experience in plastics, flexible packaging or heavy manufacturing.
- Good knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Strong leadership, troubleshooting and shift-management skills.
