Engineering Support (Automation/BMS)

Job descriptions:

• Approach customers, including design consultants, contractors, developers/owners, etc. , develop plans to introduce solutions, and identify project opportunities related to air-conditioning control solutions for AP (Applied Products) and UP (Unitary Products) under the Solution Business Department.
• Provide consultation, system design, and programming for air-conditioning control solutions integrated with mobile devices, Building Management Systems (BMS), smart home systems, etc.
• Prepare contracts for new and existing customers and third parties. Coordinate with design consultants, developers/owners, and contractors, and manage and supervise installation works at project sites.
• Input and update the new project list and Solution Business request list .
• Support other activities of the Solution Business Department as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HVAC, Automation, or a related field is preferred.
• Candidates with BMS experience are preferred.
• Experience with AutoCAD and DDC/PLC ; Niagara programming experience is an advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills .
• Basic written and spoken English
