Engineering Support Specialist

Required Skillsets: Experience with SAP Experience with shipping and handling Goods experience with Microsoft Word and Excel Experience with quality systems, inspection, any certifications.

Duties

· The Engineering Support Specialist provides operational and technical support to engineering and manufacturing teams by managing SAP transactions, maintaining accurate inventory records, and coordinating stores, shipping, and receiving activities.

· This role is responsible for material control, inventory accuracy, incoming inspection of components and equipment, and ensuring timely movement of materials throughout the organization.

· The specialist supports procurement, production, and engineering processes by tracking material availability, resolving inventory discrepancies, processing shipments, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with quality and company procedures.

· Working closely with engineers, suppliers, and operations personnel, the Engineering Support Specialist helps ensure efficient material flow, product quality, and on-time project execution.
